Mental Health Awareness Week

Take this week as a time for us all to think about mental health and the stigma attached to it.

This week the focus will be on Anxiety. Its normal to feel anxious about things e.g starting a new job moving away etc but for some people when it feels like too much it can impact your mental health and daily life stopping you from doing what you would like to do. The hope is by focusing on Anxiety we can increase awareness and help one another in creating a stigma free and more understanding society. What tips can you share that help you? #ToHelpMyAnxiety

Some suggestions are:

  1. Keep a diary so you can better understand your triggers and daily worries.
  2. Now the season is changing why not spend some time outside in nature
